David Clark was very friendly, professional and helpful as were John and the other Guy that was here for the plumbing information. They stated they don't work with quest ... pipe which is where the leak was. The gave me information about probably having to have a plumber that deals with quest pipe to take care of the leak and gave me other options as well due to the issues with the quest pipe. Mr. Ali who did the water restoration assessment was also very friendly, professional and helpful with my questions about the insurance claim. Kevin and Isiah (I think) the water restoration guys, who brought the fans and machine that takes the moisture out of the air were very professional and helpful in answering my questions and concerns and also did the microbial treatment. I was very pleased with your workers that I came into personal contact face to face with while continuing to deal with this rough situation.

David Clark is the trained, courteous, patient, and dedicated person that you would want to represent Roto-Rooter. He stuck with snaking my sink drain until the blockage was cleared ... and my kitchen sink was returned to operation. The clog was at the junction of the drain with the stack. This point was 35 feet from the sink. Dave learned that a blockage is not really clear until the snake comes back filthy dirty instead of remarkably clean. This experience will serve him and Roto-Rooter well the next time he has to clear a clogged drain.

We can always depend on Roto-Rooter to resolve problems that other companies can’t. Other companies charge a fee even if they don’t resolve the problem, but not Roto-Rooter.

We called Roto-Rooter to replace a rusted valve and a sink faucet.They offered to come out the same day but, since this was not an emergency, we scheduled for another ... day. The technician told us that we did not need to replace the valve. It was simply frozen and he loosened it for us, saving us the expense of a replacement. Then he offered to find the parts for the faucet that needed to be replaced. He took a photo of the faucet so that he could find an identical one or a close match. He then returned and promptly competed the job. I found him to be honest, courteous, and professional, and would not hesitate to continue to use Roto-Rooter again for repairs.

Devon Houston cleaned out my sewer lines. He was a hard worker and finally, after much work, unstopped my lines.

We have had a grave problem with the drainage of our kitchen sink for several years now and had to have the pipes cleaned at least every year or two ... for he past 26 years since we moved into this residence. We called Roto-Rooter this time and unfortunately within two (2) weeks the drain baked up three (3) times and had to be serviced again. We then had a mirror inspection and it stopped up for the fourth (4) time. It became evident that we had to have full hydro-jet cleaning to remove a very large grease deposit which had blocked the entire pipe. Now I would like to take the opportunity to sincerely thank and praise several people who came to our rescue! Mr. Nosa, the Manager, gave me his direct phone number in order for me to be in contact through the entire ordeal. He assisted me promptly each troubled day during the entire process, all the way to secure a unit (one of them had broken down) with a technician to come Friday evening to complete the job. Jamaal, one of the technician who came the third time and opened up the line, stated that he would be taking his time and listen and feel carefully to find the problem and open the pipe. In addition, he snaked up the vent line to make sure it was not obstructed. He surly deserves to be promoted sometime in the future. Next, Mr. Hank Woods, a very knowledgeable, professional young man who correctly identified the damage and recommended that the pipe needed to be hydro-jetted. He set us up with the appointment, selecting no one other than Mr. Josh Rivera to tackle our problem, since he is the best and can solve any and all problems that may exist. Now to Mr. Josh Rivera, he is the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable, patient and professional individual I have ever met in my life! He approached our job with scientific knowledge and called me in to educate me every step of the way! He discovered a huge grease deposit where he first had to snake the line even before he could apply his hydro-jet. Each time when he successfully broke up a clump, he showed me on the camera how he would proceed further. I was delighted to witness how finally all of it had been pushed into the sewer line. As stated, I cant thank all of these technicians enough. Special thanks to a extremely capable manager Mr. Nosa and Mr. Josh Rivera who saved me from a lot of angst and frustration.
