Ok so we bought a house 8 months ago and almost a month to the date we moved in we had a hue backup in the main pipe. So with ... a bunch of hesitation we called ROTOROOTER thinking it was a gimmick and way to corporate. WOW were we wrong they sent (within an hour) this gentleman named Robert Tooks #3175 not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but pleasant as can be. Well here we are 7 months since that visit and again a backup so we without hesitation called rotorooter and requested that ONLY Robert come to our house. Within less than an hour our two little girls were at the door to greet their friend Robert the technician who i can say at this time is welcome to come by anytime. Our girls loved how much attention he gave to the kids the last time he was here and this visit was no exception. All i can say is if your in the West Palm Beach area and Need a plumber MAKE SURE AND call for Robert. You will be greeted with probably the most professional service person youll ever have the pleasure of meeting. Oh yeah and rest assured that man will get it done...……….. Robert Tooks was the technician and he persisted until he found the problem with the toilet. He worked very hard until he completed the job satisfactorily. It was a difficult ... situation, but he persevered. He cleaned up afterwards. He should be highly commended for his work, his persistence, and his courtesy throughout the ordeal! Thank you, Robert!

The technician was very courteous and respectful. He performed a diagnostic and explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. He performed his job and made sure everything ... was done correctly. The toilets are working well and I expect that that they will continue to do so. It is a relief to flush a toilet and feel confident that all will be well and to know that Roto-Rooter is only a phone call away in case they should be needed.
