Although it looks like we will need follow up services our experience was very good. Non-intrusive and diligent all at the same time.

I had a Rohr kitchen faucet that was leaking badly. The first service person tried to repair it. It was working fine when he left, but was leaking again that ... night. A different service person came the next day to fix it. He said the problem was the Rohr faucet, and it could not be repaired and suggested a new one. He came back the next day with a new faucet and gave a refund for the previous repair attempt. Was very pleased with the quick response both times.

Sam was on time, patiently explained what the problem was, fixed it and gave me advice for the future.

Quick fast and amazing technician.

The service by the technician was stellar. He walked us through everything that would need to be done and by the end of the visit are garage was bone dry ... (he was called to fix a leak). Scheduling was an issue as we were scheduled to be serviced between 10:00 and 2:00 and we're actually serviced at 8:00 in the evening. Dispatch wasn't as forthcoming on this as they should have been (we kept being told in around an hour or two).

Technician was skilled and kept me informed during service call.

They were able to come within hours of my call, take care of my problem and give me a 6-month guarantee on the work. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable ... and I felt comfortable with his assessment and suggestions. I am happy to have my kitchen sink working again!

The only issue I ran into was the initial time window of 8 to Noon was not made due to a shortage of plumbers on the day service was scheduled. ... Due to my own personal schedule I had to reschedule to the next day. Once I was able to get a plumber out to the house the service was great. The technician was very understanding, professional and did a great job.

The technician arrived on time and was professional. He handled my requests to my satisfaction.

Plumber was knowledgeable had to do some rework to replace the flush valve because there was sediment in the galvanized line.
