Out technician was great and completed the work in a timely manner.

I was having a sewer backup issue and had a local Topeka Co come to clean the sewer line. Two weeks later I had same problem and they came out ... again. Had to call them a third time and they told me I needed to have my sewer replaced after running a camera through the line. We had the sewer replaced in 2009 and the Co that came out indicated it had failed. After three hrs working on the blockage I asked them to leave. Got up the next morning and the blockage was worse than the day before. Called Roto-Rooter and Jim came out. He was professional, courteous and his work was awesome. He cleaned the roots out of the connection to the city main and had the sewer draining in a short time. He ran a camera through the sewer and said my sewer did not need to be replaced as indicated by the other Company saving me thousands of dollars. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

The Roto-Rooter tech person is someone we have worked with over time, and always appreciate his detailed attention to tasks. He also indicated that our waste disposal pipes will ... be root - free for about 2 - 3 years. I would appreciate having a piece of paper with that information on it, as we may decide to sell our home in the near future, and could utilize that information as a selling point for our home. If you are not able guarantee 2 - 3 years of clear pipes, due to the uncertainty of mother nature and how quickly tree roots can re-energize and become a problem again, we understand that. Just the peace of mind knowing that for quite awhile, we won't have to worry about needing our plumbing system cleaned again, is good to go. Thanks.
