It turned out the water leak in my ceiling was due to an A/C clogged line, not a plumbing line. Although he couldn't provide the service I needed to repair my problem, he was able to provide me with the information I needed as to what my next steps should be. I greatly appreciated his input and advice, his problem-solving skills were impressive and invaluable to me. Your company is lucky to have such a professional and knowledgeable employee. The only problem I had was when DaryI called and gave me an appointment for a camera tech on the 24th of Dec between 12-2 . When no one showed ... by 2, I called and was told by Chris, no one was scheduled for appointments for that day they weren’t sure why he told me that. It was quite an inconvenience as I sat home all day waiting when I had last minute errands to run for Christmas. Otherwise, the work they did so far, I have no complaints.

Waited 5.5-6 hr for tech. Every hour was told it would be another hour, which leaves you stuck at home and not able to get anything done. Had to ask ... my husband to leave the Texans game to help since I’m going out of the country for work tomorrow and had a lot to get done. Had the expectation been set out of the gate in regards to the 5 hr plus wait, that would’ve been much more manageable. Knowing that the tech was coming from Dayton, there is no way that initial 2-hr window would’ve ever been met. Then we find out our last two cleanings likely didn’t go all the way to the end of the line. Tech claimed it was a tampon. No tampons have been put down this line since the last cleaning. In addition, we paid ~ $300 for 15 min of service after waiting 5.5 hours on the tech! Lastly, he left sewer water (or some sort of brown water) all over my floor and it was on the wall. This is not worth $300. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of concern for my time and the lack of care to my home.
