I called for two clogged toilets, serviceman was here within one hour and unclogged the toilets and advised I needed to call the county, because there was a problem with ... the county pipes. Excellent, honest and efficient service

Maurice (#43) and Omar arrived on time to install a clean out and to snake clear a drain. They had a lot of patience clearing the drain with everything ... mechanical in the van they had and it would not clear. After 4.5 hours and a phone call that ended with clean up and start over tomorrow, Maurice got creative and stayed. He grabbed a section of small hose and started plumbing it to fit my house pressure line. This along with about 10 minues, it worked!! It was gentle on my old pipes and blasted away the debris (grease and powdered dishwasher soap was the culprit ) no damage was done. This is the 3rd time in 8 years I've used roto rooter and this was the toughest it has ever been. I have been blessed with the technician they have sent every time. They cleaned up the rooms they were in and filled the holes in the front yard for the clean out. After almost 6 hours they were done and everything was as it should be. I am very happy with the service we received.
