Plumber in St Paul, MN

Jake from Roto Rooter showed up within a day of my desperate call. I'd been bucketing sewage out of basement waiting for 3 days for HMS Home Warranty to show ... up (and when they did show would not fix the pump). I'll stay with Roto Rooter plumber Jake for life! He knows his work, has incredible technical skill, personable, willing to take the time to answer my questions and listen to me, and has the necessary support from Roto Rooter. That said, Roto Rooter works with Ferguson for parts. I had to wait 13 days for a pump from Zoeller and when it arrived, it was faulty, so had to wait another 13 days. No extra charges to me from Roto Rooter and Jake had cleaned up most of the smells and stopped leak on his first visit.

Chad Theimer came out today. He did a wonderful job finding my water leak. A+ service. I will definite call Roto-Rooter again. Thank you Chad

Fred #4155 was my service technician. He arrived quickly and did a great job. He thought thru the job and pretty much had what needed to be done prior ... to starting the task. Sure enough, he was spot on and got to the problem blockage with about 35 to forty foot of tape or what ever you call thing used to clean out the blockage. It was worth every cent to have this done before my wife arrived home.

Dennis did a great job solving our drain issue. He was knowledgeable and let us know specifically what needed to be done. We're very satisfied. Thanks.
