Your man arrived early as promised, which made me happy, as no one likes waiting for anyone. His name is Andrew Welch, and he was very professional in his duties. Before ... starting he did try different avenues to try to unclog my pipe. I have to say I am a happy camper right now being able to do loads of laundry without having to hold a bucket under the pipe that was overflowing when the washer drained out. It was 4 days before the Christmas holiday - on a Saturday night. The main drain pipe from the house to the street was blocked. The serviceman Resolved my problem with the kitchen sink drain in a reasonable period of time.

My septic backed up 3 hours before my guests were arriving for Thanksgiving dinner. I called several local plumbers on their "emergency" lines, and only got 1 callback from ... a local plumber who was not interested in coming out to help me. Roto Rooter came out within 60 minutes, snaked the sewage line from the stack to my septic and cleared the blockage. The service technician was polite, knowledgeable, neat and professional. He cleared the drain in about 30 minutes with no mess left behind. He saved the day for me!

Rotor Rooter showed up within an hour after I called on a Sunday. First technician worked for two hours trying to remove the blockage, when he could not get it. ... They sent another technician who worked at least two more hours and the clog was finally removed. These guys worked hard and did not give up until the problem was solved.
