THE GENTLEMEN THAT CAME TO OUR RESCUE WERE PLEASANT AND HARD WORKING. THREE OF THE MEN ON THE RESTORATION CREW WERE GREAT AT THEIR JOB, AS WERE ALL OF ... THE WORKERS THAT ENTERED OUR HOUSE. THREE OF THEM WERE JAKE, JORDAN, AND BAMA. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHERS, AND THE PLUMBING CREW DID AN EXCELENT JOB. THEY PUT UP ZIPPERED DOORS SO THAT THE AREAS DID NOT GET THE DUST IN THESE AREAS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. DONNA

While never fun to have to plumbing needs, Roto-Rooter made the experience relatively painless. I scheduled an appointment online for the same day, they actually called before my 4 hour ... window and had a technician there early. Tim did a great job onsite, quickly diagnosing the issue, offering advice and completing the job in short order. I would highly recommend and will use again.

My Plumber Jamie Number 489 was incredible! He was super nice, on time, neat, very friendly and even talked through his work because I was interested! Definitely one very great ... guy with a strong passion for his work! Hope to not have him back but wouldn’t be sorry to see him again!

After a main drain cleanout did not correct the issue of raw sewage backing up, the excavation was called out to dig up the "T" for the cleanout. The came ... out, did the work, found the issue was a corroded and collapsed pipe and repaired it on the spot. I have no idea how much of a mess was made, as when I got home, it was all cleaned up and the new concrete was poured and setting. Fabulous job.
