Re: ticket #20274137 Plumber (Grigoriy) and his apprentice arrived at the scheduled time. They were courteous and professional. Grigoriy fixed the leak. When ... they left there was no mess left behind - they cleaned up after themselves completely. Based on the attitude and professionalism of these two employees I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

While I kind of believe that $500 to snake a bathroom sink is a bit excessive, when you call on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, you take what you ... can get. Otherwise, the plumber who arrived and did the work was professional and knowledgeable.

On Christmas Day! My main drain leading out of the house to the sewer pipe backed up spewing water (dirty) all over my basement floor. We had resigned ... ourselves to waiting until the 26th - but I looked online and saw that Roto Rooter was working as normal on Christmas. I was in an emergency situation and resigned myself to paying extra for the service call. When I called I was greeted so kindly and cheerfully - it immediately put me at ease. She guaranteed service within 2 hours and there was no extra charge for the holiday!!! Bill D. (Tech #3462) was there before 2 hours and diagnosed the problem - cleaned out the drain of roots - cleaned up - recommended treatment and further options of service all within and hour and a half!! OUTSTANDING,,,,we'll be using RR for our future plumbing needs!!

Everyone did tremendous job. Very attentive, very responsive and helpful. My initial phone call was placed the morn of Xmas eve, there was s crew out here ... within a couple of hours. Restoration Spec offered much support in contacting my ins company. Water restoration guys were at my home all day and late into the evening the day after Xmas cleaning, removing trash and debris associated with the mishap. Excellent service.

The Roto-Rooter person who unstopped our main drain from the house was excellent. It was not an easy, routine job. However, he was very thorough and was very careful about ... everything.
