Service was fantastic. Service was fast and very professional. Had two different men come out to fix a clog (baby wipes) in the toilet over the 4th. ... Both were excellent and explained what happened. Brandon came back to fix additional problem with the pump. Communication was quick with the office as well. Can't thank them enough for their quick response and professionalism. We are new to the area and have been struggling finding Plumber, Electrician, Painter, etc. just to return a phone call. The fact that they answered the phone, responded so quickly, and fixed the problem was greatly appreciated.

He came in 45min after we called and took care of pipe in less than 2 hours. Quick service!

Well had sewer problems again and Roto Rooter was prompt to respond. Literally got to the root of the problem and I’m back in business new pipe and clean out. ... Great service great employees.

My little old house didn’t have a water turn off valve inside of house.Had to lift man hole cover to turn water off. This in winter time is not very ... convenient. So Jeff and Derek has fixed this for me.They did an awesome job. No unexpected oh by the way you need this or that to complete the job they came with materials needed and got the job done.
