You have one heck of a great guy in Jack from the Solon, OH office! He was outstanding in helping us with our down spout issues. We had three ... down spouts that terminated into the ground about 2 to 3 feet from our house and our sump had not been tied into one because it was blocked the water would just cycle and go nowhere making a mess of our walk way to our back door. After Jack discovered the spouts went nowhere he recommend a solution to tie all three and run it to the front of the house to the sewer line. Him and an assistant on the first day dug the trench and Jack came back the next day to complete the job. He communicated any issues (only one - gasline was in the way so it took a bit longer because he had to be careful) and he is a very personable guy! He even swept up the dirt. I am happy!

Larry the service man was great. He was efficient, explained what he was doing, and fixed the two issues very quickly.

You need more help in the front end communication. First fall 945.....no info all day...I had to call 2 more times. The gentleman came over. He was great. He ... discovered we needed help that he couldn't provide. He seemed very professional and nice! Thank you!

I had Matt Gilmore and Manny here working on my plumbing problem. They worked from 9:15 am until 6:30 pm on my problem to see that it was completely ... resolved and everything was completely cleaned up!! If I have any further problems I would ask for these men to come to my home they were excellent!!!

The Plumber(Rich #2338) who came was here in 30 minutes or so after we called. He was very kind, courteous and respectful of our house. Was very impressed that ... he work the show covers. He explained everything he was doing before he even started and gave us the best options to fix our ugly leaky sink. He opened up our kitchen drain for us and I mentioned that I wish I could get a new faucet and sink. He said that he would be able to do that for us. I couldn't believe it. anybody else would have just fixed the drain. He went above and beyond and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Dan 3239 Matt 923 We’re both extremely helpful. I haven’t been able to take a shower or flush the toilet without it clogging up on me for a couple of ... days. I tried everything and finally was suggested to call roto rooter. I was unsure of how all this was going to go since I am a first time home owner and never dealt with plumbing issues before. Lucky for me Matt and Dan showed up. They seemed to have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They went above and beyond by explaining each step of what they were doing. In the end their hard work paid off and all of the roots in my main line were gone! They were very professional and polite. I would absolutely request their help again!
