We were in the middle of a house remodel and down to just one bathroom. It was proving difficult to find anyone to come out and unclog our drain on ... a Saturday afternoon but Roto-Rooter was on site within a couple hours of calling us and had the situation resolved very quickly. Thank guys!

We had a big flood under the kitchen sink. I called 7 plumbers and none of them could come for at least 4 days. Roto Rooter came out ... that same day and did not charge me for anything but the service call since the fix was so simple. The man was prompt, polite, and competent. I won't call anyone else in the future. Roto Rooter is the company to count on.

Peyman arrived w/in quoted time frame. Was efficient, thorough & personable. Suggested I call plumber who put in "clear-out" to get camera to determine cause of stoppage. If plumber not ... able or available, call him back so he will schedule Roto-Rooter to come by tomorrow w/ camera. Also provided "one shot" for kitchen drain maintenance monthly. Definitely a positive experience for a unpleasant situation on a Sunday.

Everyone was very professional and prompt to follow-up on all aspects. They were very personable and helped me file my insurance claim.
