The plumber was great but the appointment set up service was not so great. I asked if a plumber could be there today and they said ... yes so I booked it from 1 to 3 and after three I got a phone call saying he’s running late, I got a phone call after four saying he still running late, OK but no plumber. I received a phone call about 8 o’clock at night asking if we can we set up something for tomorrow so I said sure I want earliest appointment and he came and everything was great the plumber was perfect. I took off came home from work on the first day for no reason. If you can’t accommodate don’t say you can.
