In a recently purchased home, on what we hoped would be a quiet Sunday, we had the unpleasant surprise of flushing a toilet and seeing water seeping from the base ... of the toilet. Upon checking all bathrooms- the same issue! (Grateful it was clear water!) Called Roto-Rooter where we spoke to a super helpful associate. He ensured that a plumbing tech would be to our home within a couple of hours. And sure enough, a plumber arrived ready to work! There was a clog in the main drain and being an older home, the best manner of clearing would be to remove a toilet, clean out the line and replace the toilet. He did so promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company given their timeliness and efficiency.
