I called on Monday and Maureen scheduled Zak for Tuesday at 9am. Zak arrived promptly and got right to work cleaning out our septic tank. Then on to the next ... job..my kitchen and bathroom sinks were severely plugged. Zak took the time to do a thorough overall inspection of our plumbing. He found bigger problems than just clogged sinks. While inspecting he found our hot water heater was not vented properly and emmmiting carbon monoxide. Seriously, he may have saved our lives. Zak the service technician went above and beyond fixing the shower at the Miriam House / Catholic Charities facility. He was very professional and courteous to the residents and ... staff.
