We had a major problem with our kitchen sink, and through my search I found and contacted Roto Rooter. They promptly arrange for someone to come over, they checked the ... damage and prepared a quote, and after my confirmation completed the replacement work very efficiently. We shall be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

Came same day and resolved our issue here.

Justin came in and made the repairs by cutting out the old steel pipe and replaced a section with the PVC to allow better flow of drainage. So far, it ... all works good.

The young man, Justin came out and found the problem and came up with a solution to help the problem. The solution is not 100% effective, but it will help ... in the years to come. He offered me a quote to fix the issue and I have accepted.

We had bought a new refrigerator, and the ice maker water line wasn't compatible/usable so we needed to have it replumbed in order to use the ice maker. It ... was a Saturday, and we chose Roto Rooter b/c it said it was available on Saturday. The service man came, but unfortunately he didn't have what he needed for the job, but he gave us an estimate and said he'd come back on Monday. It was late, close to 100:00 Pm when we noticed a water leak in front of our kitchen sink. The water shutoff valve was cracked and leaking. We called the ... 24 hour number for Rooter-Rooter. Donny answered the call and was at our house in less than 25 minutes, Our water leak was repaired in just minutes. There was no water damage from his quick response to fix our problem. We would recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone. Donny was friendly and very knowledgeable and had our water leak problem fixed in just minutes even though it was very late.

The worker ( Travis Fox #152) who came out to work on my leaking shower handle was amazing. Very knowledgeable of what had to be done even when it ran ... into problems. He has to go to store twice but was back to my home in a timely manner and was back to work right away. Overall everything was great.

Fast, Friendly Service

The technician was really nice. This was the second time he had come out. Had a block in the main line from the house to the road. After digging it ... up and doing all the hard work, he fixed a problem that was a big headache.

The workers were polite and professional.

The tech that handled this problem did an outstanding job of fixing the problem. However the previous tech that was here for the same problem approximately a month ago ... failed to identify the entire problem and only tried a fix that a child might attempt and then charged me $135 for it. I was refunded the full $135 of the first charge by the 2nd tech and that helped to make me feel better about the first experience, however that only leaves a me with a 50/50 feeling of getting a reliable job done if I ever call your company again!
