A further help was the dispatcher who notified us that we could have a technician stop by earlier than scheduled. Overall, a real big help timewise. Excellent service starting with the staff. Person answering the phone was so nice and customer focused. She listen and the Service Tech came by and gave me an estimate. Same ... person came back to do the work. He was awesome. Would definitely share their name with others. No need to shop around for the future, I will just call Roto-Rooter.

Called at 8 am, and service arrived an hour later. Needed a new water heater and it was installed in less than 2 hours. Fast and friendly service, highly recommended.

I've lived in my house approximately 5yrs and have had issues on and off with my main since I moved in. After having sub-par plumbers out, I broke down and ... called Roto Rooter. The initial tech that came out to clean the line was a little grumpy, but eventually warmed up. The restoration team was wonderful to work with. They were flexible with my difficult schedule and told me all the things I needed to do and even helped with my insurance claim. Chris and he excavation team were also great to work with to get my lot line cleanout installed. Roto Rooter is my new go-to for emergency plumbing needs!
