End of September 2018 over the weekend Kitchen sink backed up and beyond my control. I waited till Monday to call for service. Receptionist was nice to inform ... me I can call 24/7. We scheduled service for later that day, Dwight arrived clean, neat,very professional,& friendly. He called in Lance, who came by again (same description), to go thru crawl space under the house to confirm the situation. Scheduled me for the big job that would be needed, returned on time later in the week. Lance cut thru and replaced a portion of pipe in the crawl space. Worked with all their equipment under & thru the house, without one speck of sewer leak on anything. Lance finally had to bring a piece of equipment and had another rep come in and his name was Donald. All three of these men as they appeared for their parts of the job were absolutely what you'd want to do your job. Neat, clean, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great representation of a Great company. Definitely hope we never need them again, but rest assured, they'd be first and only on my list and my referral list. Oh, but I must add, I did suggest hosing them down when the job was completed and the drain was cleared, that will give you a clue how bad they smelled & how soiled they got. Please express my satisfaction to each and all involved with this service call. Thank you

Our plumber Ken was friendly and knowledgeable, arrived earlier than expected, and got the problem fixed quickly.

Lance was prompt and got the work done super fast so we weren't without water in the house for more than 10 minutes or so. Great job!
