From Matt the guy who showed up first, to the plumbers who did the repairs ... to Leon who did the water damage restoration, it was all good. Thank you guys for being speedy to get here, to finding the problem, which was tricky to find, to clean up and dry out of the water. You guys are the best at what you do!!

The workers were very professional, courteous, and quickly discovered the septic flow blockage source. A section of the pipe was damaged and clogged with roots. The next day ... two workers finished the job by digging out the damaged section of pipe and replacing it with a new section leading into the septic tank. They then replaced the soil, with some fine gravel just under the pipe for better support, and sealed the top of the trench with quick-dry cement that blended well into our asphalt driveway. They did a real fine job--we were so happy that the septic plugging was eliminated and water flowed normally into the septic tank!

Once I realized I had a serious problem, I called Roto-Rooter immediately and they were out the same day. I had 3 employees here before the project was complete. ... The problem was fixed right away, but there were additional extensive repairs that were needed. This was explained to me in detail, with a camera in the drain to show me the problem I was facing. I arranged for the crew to come back and do a proper repair which was done in a timely manner. The workers were professional, friendly, respectful and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Your employee was on time, professional, and answered all questions we asked. He was personable and polite. We suffered for two days with backed up toilets, and some water ... getting into our lower walls. The employee found the blockage and opened up the pipes for free water flow. We appreciate his knowledge and skill in doing this, and would call Roto Rooter again if future water flow issues surface.

He did a great job...… BUT.... 10 minute work for $443.19 is too much!!!! what do you think charging retired old people that much is not fair. mehdi

Very pleasant gentleman to deal with. I told him what I wanted (install shut off valve). He said "No problem". He was finished and checked for leaks in ... satisfactory time. Hope I get him again when I need plumbing help.

Your survey has been the issue to complete---for what ever reason your survey says that my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 98373-3447 according to the U ... S Postal Service. Now--your service was great and all the personnel were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and who would be in next and what they would be doing. It is just slow in getting my furniture, etc. put back in place, which you did say it would be. Now we wait and see how the contractor does it putting my closet back together as it was originally built and the 7' x 13' bookcase put back on it's original space. I would hire no other plumbing company.

I'm just sorry I wasted my time and called out two other plumbing companies for bids for my plumbing problem (clogged toilet). I was satisfied that he made ... the appointment window (thank you for not having an appearance fee), but it was after he showed up that I was especially impressed. I could tell within ten seconds that he was sincere. He immediately gave me an acceptable estimate for minimum service and told me he was going to try and auger first, but the toilet may have to removed. None of the other plumbing companies even offered to auger. I dreaded the worst, but lo and behold, the angering fixed the problem. Bottom line = no toile removal, which saved me more than 350 dollars over the other plumbing companies Major kudos to Roto Rotter and especially Jamie. He deserves all the accolades coming to him. I'm definitely going to Roto Rooter first from now on.

Our pipe burst in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning ROTO-ROOTER had a plumber to our home who was honest and able to fix ... our issue. There was also water damage and while our plumber was at our home the project manager over water damage came to our home and helped us work with our insurance company so we could correct this problem as well. There service was fast, efficient, honest, and helpful!!!!
