Bryce Weaver and Matt (unknown last name) came to our house on Friday, July 12, in response to our hearing gurgling noises in our downstairs bathroom sink while running our ... clothes washer on our second floor. Very professional and personal and reassuring. They could not duplicate the gurgling. Stated to call back if gurgling happens again. Gurgling happened again this morning, Monday - July 15th. Ryan Leary was sent to our house and inspected the pipes again and recommend we use “Pipe Shield” solution as he did not believe our drainage/sewer pipers needed anything more. He explained his inspection and reasons for us using the solution and I purchases a gallon. We will use the solution acccording to Mr. Leary directions. We, may wife and I, are very pleased with the prompt response to our calls to Roto Rooter office. We are very pleased with the plumbers who came to our home and their reassurances. We highly recommend using Roto Rooter. We will use them again.

My aunt needed to purchase more products as she had run out. We called the 800 and were assisted by a very nice representative who advised us that the ... items would be delivered the same afternoon. We did receive the delivery within the time quoted to us. The gentleman making the delivery was also very nice. The customer service we experienced was exemplary. Your technician Apollo Mendez was a pleasure to have at our home. He was very easy to talk with and he knew exactly what he was doing. He removed our ... existing toilet system and set in our new toilet system in what seemed like very quick time to me. He took the old toilet away and left absolutely no mess. He then instructed us on the best way to use our new system. A great guy.

The technician was very knowledgeable of the problem with the basement plumbing issue. He explained in detail what was needed to repair the overflow of water from the drains ... attached to my washing machines. A simple unclogging by snaking the drains was needed and solved the problem quickly.

Fernando #3132 and Brendan #4577 did an excellent job cleaning our basement shower and main sewer line. It was hard work but they just stuck to it until the pipes ... were clean and flowing well. I would not hesitate to have them back, although I hope to never have clogged drains again.
