I had a very troubling back up in a new house I purchased with my family of 7 people, within 20 minutes I had a very professional individual by the ... name of Kyle B showing, teaching, explaining the process and weighing the options of possible problems in great detail, after pulling out 30 pounds of roots and a few new off limit item's like baby wipes which I contributed by mistake, we now have function back to our home!!! Best deal around considering he worked for about 4 hours. Our family is absolutely greatful of this experience with Kyle as he represents roto rooter with great respect and professionalism.

Our service technician, Aleister (tech #5504), was our hero last night! He is one of the best service technicians we have had with Roto Rooter and should train the ... company's service techs on communication with the customer. He was awesome and we so appreciated his excellent service. After the basement flooding and having to wait for emergency service, Aleister, showed up at 9:15 p.m. with empathy, super positive attitude and calmed us all down immediately. He thoroughly explained what he was going to be doing and why as well as discussing future maintenance in the future. Wow, I only want Alester, to work on our several properties in the cities. Just a side bar comment, 2 weeks ago, we had a different Roto Rooter service tech at our property at 3812 52nd street in Minneapolis. That experience was completely the opposite than our experience with Aleister. In fact, the tech at 3812 was so rude to myself and my tenant, I vowed that I would never use your company again......thats how bad it was. He was rude and demeaning. So for me to make the call back to Roto Rooter 2 weeks later and get Aleister......he was like an angel had been sent to say "use this company, there are good people that work here". If it were my company, I would get the tech that had the 3812 job, back into customer service and empathy training.

Gentleman came in and noticed that there was also a pipe that was also leaking in the laundry room and was able to fix it.

The Roto-Rooter technician came within the time specified and gave me all the options on my repair. He fast, courteous and friendly. He replaced the parts needed and ... left everything clean. Definitely will recommend Roto-Rooter again.
