An outgoing pipe burst in our basement. The first man who came was for water damage because there was a puddle on the floor. He called the plumber who replaced ... the damaged section of pipe. I am in a wheelchair so I have been unable to see the work yet but my daughter says it looks very good. Both men who came were exceptionally professional and they clearly explained the problem and how they would handle it. I was very pleased.

Your man came to update the sump pump which was no longer turning itself off. I am recovering from an operation so I have not seen his work yet. My ... daughter has done 3 loads of laundry using the new pump and declares that it is working as it should. Your man not only did a great job but he was very nice as well. I would call Rorto-Rooter again should a need ever arise in the future.

Everyone that has been involved in the pipe break and water cleanup has been very professional. The water cleanup is still being done over several days to prevent mold or ... other issues.

The dispatcher evidently doesn't know what the word appointment means because when I called they told me that the man would be here between 11:00 and 1:00 but because I ... wasn't sitting on the phone they sent him somewhere else. The dispatcher said that since I didn't call them back in 6 minutes that they assumed I wasn't home and they sent him somewhere else. I had to wait until 2:30 for him to get here.When he got here , he was totally professional and got my problems completely cleared up.He was technician 971 and his name is Shaun Isbell.

Our experience was great! Shaun was excellent at his job and getting our bathroom back in working order. On time and quick!

Sunday a toilet was not flushing completely. It would take 2-3 extra flushes to do the job. I called Roto Rooter this morning and the technician arrived on time. However, ... by some miracle the problem had cleared over night and the toiled performed perfectly (much to my embarrassment). I purchased a jug of enzyme from him in case the inside diameter of my pipes were beginning to narrow. I appreciated the technician's kindness and courtesy. I am just sorry that I wasted his time on this non-emergency.
