James Tavares came to my home to fix a toilet which had a problem with the valve (flush valve/) and kept "running", In addition, my turn off switch at the ... base of the toilet was not working correctly. James Tavares was very professional, went right to work, and replaced the valve. He also showed me how to turn off the water for that particular toilet from my basement. James Tavares had a professional demeanor, was nicely dressed in clean work clothes, and very knowledgeable about my plumbing problem. When I showed him a $60 online Rotorooter coupon I had downloaded, he took $60 off my final bill (invoice number #501-20644379). Great prompt service and follow up

Your service Technician, James Tavares, arrived speedily and solved the problem of backups in line at a crucial time when had 4 overnight guests. Things seem to be working well ... and this time and we were left with instructions on the use of "pipe shield." Also when I called for someone to come to our home, the gal who answered the phone was courteous and attentive assuring us someone would come ASAP - which is, thankfully what happened.

Service technician James Tavares came in Sunday evening, thoroughly inspected my possible shower valve leak and came to conclusion that it was a problem with loose caulking around the shower, ... advised me to recaulk, that I already did. Very polite and helpful.

I had previously called three other plumbers. One said it would be at least two weeks before they could get to me. The other two ... had answering machines where I could leave a message and said they would call me back. Neither called back. I then called Roto-Rooter and was greeted by a very friendly lady (not a machine) who assured me that they'd have a certified plumber at my house in a couple of hours. He came as promised and was efficient and personable. He did a great job. I am very pleased.

We need a trap replaced in our sewer line as well as two new toilets, a new shower valve and our washing machine plumbing line replaced. The Roto-Router Plumbers ... did an excellent job and I would highly recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have additional work that we will be using them to complete and the near future as well.
