Our Tech Chris was great, he fixed our problems that the previous tech screwed up! He was very polite and did a good job!

We noticed our hall bathroom was not flushing well and when we tried to fix the problem, it started to back up and flood the bathroom. We called Roto-Rooter ... and a gentleman named Joey called us back within 10 minutes. Joey was out to our house within the hour and unclogged the drain. He was prompt, professional and provided exceptional service. I will use this company moving forward for any plumbing problems I have, and highly recommend them. Tony was great. Fixed the clog we called about initially and identified two other problems and fixed those, too. One of the toilets kept running (missing gasket), and the other ... took ages to fill back up. Very appreciative of his expertise and the time he took to make sure everything was working as well as it could.
