My only problem with Roto-Rooter as if find with almost all this type of business, is that usually if I write a check it hits my bank within a couple ... of days, and with franchised companies I have had to wait as much as 2 or 3 wks. I like to keep a close watch on my accts, and I find it somewhat aggravating that I have to spend time waiting for my checks to be cashed....? It won't stop me from using a franchised company because they are insured, and guarantee their work, so its worth not having to worry, but thought I would mention it if you want improve that area. We placed an emergency call for a faucet repair on our jacuzzi tub. There was no shut off valve so we had to turn off the main valve leaving ... us with no water in the house. I placed a call and within 2 hours I had service. Our tech was Ray. He was very polite, explained everything he was doing and had us up and running in no time. He represented the company very well. I would definitely use Rotoscoped-Rooter again.
