Had a main line backup and the plumber walked me through the problem and the solution. He worked diligently while I had a family brunch planned and resolved the issue ... short term and had a long term solution as well.

Reinaldo #991 did a great job on clearing our double kitchen sinks. He is efficient. polite and professional. I watched him analyze the problem and he quickly took ... care of it. He cleaned up the area around the sink and on the floor. He is a credit to your business.

Our toilet got plugged up day before yesterday and we tried to clear it, but no luck. James #5159 came to our house this morning and had the problem fixed ... in about 15 minutes. He has helped us before and that is why we requested him today. He is very pleasant to speak with and very respectful to the customers needs. Thank you James! Keep up the great work you do!

What a great experience working with Chad and Danny. Experience always counts for something and it really shows with these two gentleman. They were polite and always answered any questions ... that we had. The other thing was how thoughtful they were on not damaging certain plants and trees that could have been an issue. They worked around them with no problems and never damaged anything. We also want to give a shout out to our salesman Peter because when we had an issue with the first crew that showed up the week before, he was able to resolve it and any other concerns that we may had. Great job by all three of these gentleman!

I have used Roto Rooter several years but within last 6 months I had call them for various plumbing problems. What I personally like about Roto you call them ... and they will tell you immediately when you can expect a repairman and it’s a hour or hour & half after you contact them. That’s the kind of service I like because if you are having leaking problems it could cause major damage. I would recommend them to any body. By the way they make sure they protect the work area before starting the repair. Roto Rooter is tops as far as I concerned and I have used other plumbing company’s before. ROTO ROOTER👍👍👍👌

I called on a Monday night after work to see if a plumber could be scheduled to come out on the next day. Our kitchen sink has been clogged since ... Saturday night. The associate who answered the phone was very polite and said he could have someone out to the house within one hour. Nolan showed up within the hour and was very efficient and friendly. He fixed the clogged kitchen sink and cleaned up after the work was finished. I would recommend Nolan to anyone who has plumbing needs. He was great!

Gary Banks was probably the best considerate professional I have ever encountered on a home service. He told me the problem, what to look out for and keep things ... understandable and presented the FACTS in anything and everything he said. He didn't try to upsale me on things I didn't need or services I couldnt afford. He was a true human being looking out for someone else. He was reasonable in his pricing and I couldnt thank GOD more for sending me someone who would assist and help me rather then kick me when i'm down. My water heater quest piping was leaking and he took care of it in minutes. By far the best service I have ever had. We even had conversations on things not related to the service being provided and it turned into just someone just getting to know someone else. I thank Roto-Rooter for understanding my problem and getting someone to my house ASAP and getting the problem fixed. When you take care of people it comes back to you. Please continue to take care of people because the minute we lose sight of that, we become no better then those who live to hurt us. God bless you all
