Today on June 30, 2019, I contacted Roto Rooter service and technician Gary Banks was sent to do the job. I had a backup on three different ... toilets. He explained step by step the procedures that were needed to rectify the problem. Gary had change drains, cleaned the drains, removed all the toilets to replace caps and then cleaned up to make it smell fresh. Gary went in and handled the job with precision and diligent. He took his time to make sure that there wasnt any more overflow of water from flushing. He explained step by step and then asked if I had any questions. It was nice to have someone come in your home that cared and was trusting. I would gladly refer Roto -Rooter to others that have plumbing issues due to the excellent service received by Gary Banks. He takes pride in his job and people that he's servicing. Thank you Roto Rooter.

After calling and talking with Marsha - who readily assured me that they would take care of my water heater ... dilemma, Joe showed up within about an hour and a half and assessed my situation and set the plan in motion. He returned as promised and quickly and professionally remedied my problem. Great attitude- great service! Our outside water drain was clogged and rain water was slow to disperse. We have only lived in the house 1.5 years and didn't know anything about the outside ... drain system. Our technician showed up on time, found the issue right away and took care of it quickly. Cleaned everything up all within a short period of time.

William Ross was fantastic. He was prompt, courteous and rendered excellent service. He shook my hand when we first met and I shook his when the job was done. A ... simple thing, but it means a lot to me. We had a tough job and he went the extra mile. He tried the simplest solution which didn't work. Then, he went into our crawl space to check our piping setup BEFORE deciding what to do next and which tool to use. Very smart and shows forethought before acting. He choose the correct solution and it worked prefeclty. His explanations of what he was doing and why he was doing it were very easy to understand and I learned a lot. Top notch!
