I received a call an hour before the appointment time saying service could be started a half hour earlier than scheduled if I was available. The replacement of the water ... heater and the preliminary water damage mitigation was done in 4 hours. All the sevice people were helpful and very efficient. The rest of the mitigation will be done after everything dries out.

This is a talk-to-text so there are no periods no Comas and no quotations on March 4th I had a plumbing issue I called Roto-Rooter at 2:15 and spoke to ... Matthew I explained my problem to him and Matthew promised me that he would have a service person at my residence between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. that day at 3:15 p.m. a Roto-Rooter van was backing into my driveway I meant Orlando and Rafael at my front door #689 they came in we went into the bathroom as I explained my problem to them I have a ranch home so the bathroom is one floor above the basement right away Orlando wanted to go into the basement he took his keychain ring tapped on the pipe and right away he knew where the problem was long story short Orlando says we're going to have to remove your toilet upon communicating that with me they also wanted to take a look at my septic so we went outside in the snow he and Raffaele with shovels in hand remove the snow from my septic opening they remove the septic cover to make sure my septic was not backed up which it was not the three of us go back inside and these guys went to work all of a sudden there was a drain snake a drain camera and my toilet was removed Raffaele sent the snake down the toilet drain in search of the Pamper wipes which I assured them that was the problem within about 5 minutes it was like striking gold well it was to me anyway these guys are true professionals they both communicated with each other and with me as well Orlando is definitely a professionalist he kept cleaning up which means he is a man that takes pride in his work and also respect his customers place of residence if I ever have a clogging problem again which I'm sure I will not but if my neighbor's do I will tell them to use Roto-Rooter and ask for Orlando or Rafael they arrived at my Residence at 3:15 and they were finished by 4:15 and they cleaned up after themselves very very well thank you Orlando and Rafael you guys are great my wife says thank you as well we would personally recommend you guys to anyone having a plumbing issue thank you very much. I called Roto-Rooter, at 2:15pm on 3/4/19 I spoke to Matthew, and explained my problem to him. Matthew assured me that between 2:15 and 4:30pm he would have someone at ... my house. Around 3:15 Orlando, and Rafael backed into my driveway. We met at my front door, came inside. I explained what had happened. Orlando, took one look in my bathroom, and right away he wanted to go into my basement. The both of them assessed the situation and wasted no time going to work. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They solved my clogged pipes problem. VERY, VERY, PROFICIENT!!! I would recommend, Orlando, or Rafael. Thanks guys. You're Awesome!!!#689

The technician, Jimmy 2506, did a fantastic job. He was competent, quick, courteous, and very personable. On our initial appointment a week ago, he went above and beyond to help ... with me with my situation. I requested him to come back today (when access could be granted to my neighbors unit) and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide detailed explanations to both myself and my neighbor. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will certainly request Jimmy. I don't know if you get to read these Jimmy, but thanks buddy.

I wanted to share how knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and wonderful Orlando (#689) was in his service on January 10th, 2019. He's a true asset to your company!!! Fantastic service and ... experience with backed up drain further down pipe line. Technician, Orlando, came out and fixed the problem so quickly - it was fantastic. Best of all was Orlando. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything to me that he was doing, as well as what the issue was once it was fixed. He also made sure the problem was solved before charging me and leaving. I couldn't have asked for better, same-day service or a better person to solve the problem!!

Yesterday morning when we went to the basement to do a load of laundry, we discovered our basement was full of sewage overflow. Roto-Rooter was there within hours to help ... us deal with the problem and the mess. Water Restoration Specialist Fernando DeOliveira is clearly a seasoned pro, walking us through not just the immediate need to deal with a blockage in the line, but what would be involved in clean-up, anticipating what our home-owners insurance company would be looking for in documentation, explaining clearly what the matter involved , what needed to be done to get things squared away and the choices we had in how to proceed. He, along with Mike and Chris, were efficient, professional and very reassuring. His customer orientation was evident from the moment that he walked in the door. I kind of hope never to see these fellows again, but should the need arise, I'd be digging out Fernando's business card in a heartbeat!
