Dillon(1309) was punctual and very friendly. He took the time to evaluate the issue and explain exactly what the problem was. He worked quickly and neatly ensuring that he did ... not damage anything. While he was running the snake he made sure that he was careful with the pipes and could tell by feel where the clog was and if he needed to go further down to ensure that it was clear all the way. He then tested to ensure that the drain was fixed and was very meticulous about how well the drain performed. In multiple houses I've used Roto-Rooter many times and they are always my first call when I have a drain issue.
