We requested service to pump out our septic tank, which was very well done although quite a bit of effort was needed to find and open the tank. Upon ... inspection, the tank needed servicing and repairs, and that was done very efficiently as well. All in all, a very good experience, with very knowledgeable technicians, who took the time to explain each step of the process.

Jacob and his helper showed up on time (with only 30 minutes notice) from the office to perform a sewer video scope inspection. They were efficient and knowledgeable. (I know ... this because I'm a home inspector with 26 years of experience.) Melinda in the office (who took my order and ensured someone would be able to serve us in time) was also very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, the experience was very positive ... just what we hope for as a fine example in this industry. We've used Roto-Rooter many times in the past and look forward to a continued relationship.

We had a drain back up situation, unfortunately late on a Saturday evening, when these things tend to a happen! Within two hours, the technician Philip from Roto Rooter showed ... up after having just finished a previous "after-hours" call. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. After having correctly diagnosed and resolve the issue, Philip cleaned up his mess, which was minimal but necessary. This technicians attitude and professionalism lends credence and accolades to all the "unsung heroes" of a dirty and difficult job, which very few are willing to do. I highly recommend this company and their crew! Thank you.

Our tech, Skigh, went above and beyond for us! While working under the house on something else, he discovered a leak coming from the water heater that was destroying our ... subfloors and leaking into the house. Thanks to his quick work and coordinating a remediation team for me while I was out of town, he saved us thousands of dollars in further damage and repairs! What a guy! In the midst of what sounded like a ... very hectic work day they did their very best to stay organized and be as diligent as possible.
