I was having problems with my backup system I call Roto-Rooter they came out ran a camera Mr Kelly call me and explain the problem he show me he care ... about the problem told me what he was going to do and it exactly two day like he said to fix the problem. Jermaine was very professional and quick in finding the problem and fixing it. Have had other companies try to fix the problem over a year ago and was quoted 10x ... the amount and was told I would have to pull up my floor because they couldn't find the block in the pipes. He located the problem in under 10 minutes and made sure that I was okay with everything before he charged the card. Will for sure be using y'all again.

Called for quick emergency service. Hot Water heater failed and poured water all over sun room. Tech came out within the hour, gave us an estimate which we ... accepted. He picked up a new water heater and was back in 30 minutes. He did and excellent job taking the time to explain his work and the new heater. We were VERY satisfied with service from phone call to installation.

Andre, my tech, was very courteous, explained what needed to be done, explained the probability of what could happen and proceeded with the job. What he predicted came to pass-parts ... for my faucet were not available. At that point, he put everything back together, checked for leaks and cleaned up. When I find parts or replacement faucets I will be calling for him.
