Ray was very thorough in explaining everything to me, great man, great service.

I called and they were able to come over within 3 hours. We had a major problem and they fixed it right away. The plumber was very personable ... and did a great job! The problem was not something that I could have handled by myself. I was glad I called and got a professional.

Had a great experience with our technician Bright. He arrived very quickly (within 30 mins) to help us figure out a backed up toilet. He diagnosed the situation very quickly ... and provided great service to get us back up a running in now time! Very personable and professional individual who made the entire experience a tremendous one considering the circumstances!

Albi did a great job. Really nice guy! A blocked sewer line is a nightmare problem. Sewage coming up from toilet and bathtub drain, and no way to stop it. Ali snaked ... 45 feet to clear it.

The water restoration team did a great job dealing with a difficult situation. Thorough and professional. John, the plumber, was professional, resourceful, friendly, and dedicated to correcting the stack pipe leakage ... problem, the water drain issue and correcting anticipated future pipe leakage problems. Seemed to have my best interest at heart. Bryan, on site contact and manager, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and extremely helpful. A very professional, personable, and knowledgable work team!

When I call Roto-Rooter for any issue I try and request Mike Nicoll. Explains every step in his process, and very please in the manner in which he conducts himself ... in my home. Stays on the job until we are both completely satisfied with it.

The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant. She initially said 4 hrs for service but no one was working. I was not pleased. Not her fault. I ... had to be without any water for 12 hrs. 2 teenagers here. No ac I wasn’t happy at all. I got a call this morning and tech was here in an hour. He was great! Nico. Answered my questions. Let me watch process. He sanitized. Wiped things. Did a great job! Nico saved the day for you.

Clog is fixed. When I called to find out where my tech was, I discovered that my appointment was never scheduled, even though I had called the night before Everyone ... was very accommodating and apologetic, and I have a working water system again. Hurray!

Good job. When late, like in my case, it would be useful to inform customers how much late - one hour, or two, etc. Again, professional job.

I had given up on Roto-Rooter. Promises to come at certain times we're left futile. Waiting 8 hours for somebody to come is ridiculous. When promised to come the following ... day oh, it was dismissed. However, on the bright side, the employee of Roto-Rooter, Abli, arrived at my house around 4 today. I was home, and hesitantly let him in. It was the best thing I did. This man went above and beyond anything I could imagine. He was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Please note that I don't always give reviews. This man is a keeper!
