I can’t tell how much I appreciate my technician Rosen (#3150) who resolved the sewer line clogged problem. He was skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. Rosen was just phenomenal plumber. ... I called roto rooter after first local plumber (who was licensed and 25+ years of experience and worked for two days in my house) was not able to fix nor identify the problem even with camera inspection. However, Rosen tried and able to fix the blockage same day!!!! Amazing work. Gene (project manager) was also great and very helpful. I found my forever plumbing company and I will definitely recommend Rosen and Gene to my family and friends. Thank you very much Rosen and Gene !!! :)

Arrived quickly ( within an hour on a Sunday) after we called having a water pipe leaking in our utility room going into the hot water heater. Pipes we changed ... within an hour and everything was back to normal. Thank you

Great service, fast, professional

Ruben was very neat and explained all the potential problems we could be having with a slow shower drain. Since we are on septic, he made sure it was ... not a problem with the tank being full. He snaked the pipe and found a blockage and cleared it. He left the shower and area better than he found it! Would recommend.

Had a sewerage emergency and they had a Service Representative out within hour and a half on a Sunday! Have been using Roto Rooter for years and have had nothing ... but good experiences. Needed a quote for services and was able to obtain the very next day. Cannot beat the service!!!

On New Year's Eve, we had a sewer blockage that had our entire home locked down. We called Roto Rooter and got an appointment the same day. To my excitement, ... the technician Angel, arrived about 8 pm and went right to work. It took him about 1 1/2 hours to get the situation resolved. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my night but he was absolutely great in getting our problem solved. I can't thank him enough.

Angel was our technician & he is the guy one wants in an emergency crisis. His personality speaks to genuine caring & support. Although RR no longer deals with Septic ... Tank issues, he was supportive, smiling and encouraging & all on a Christmas Eve night when he should have been home with his wife.
