Nick was truly amazing! He came on New Years Day earlier than expected and fixed our main pipe that was clogging the whole house. The job was very complicated and ... took almost 4 hours to complete because the entrance to the main pipe was getting flooded with the water from our backyard suction pump.

Russell worked very hard and diligently. He had a problem with a 22 year old valve connection to my fancy Kohler toilet, but didn't give up. He was ... very polite and even helped me clean up and dispose of all the wet towels and paper towels. We were in a desperate, terrible situation and Richie (Westchester County) saved the day. He was a consummate professional in every way. He arrived on time, His professionalism was fine. Richie analyzed the problem ... with our plumbing, and he made sure what he did was stunning. The situation was resolved, with our sewage problem being solved. Using Roto-Rooter was a plus. We would call them again without a fuss!!!!

Called to have a flushometer installed, as the flap valve on the existing unit was permitting a constant flow of water to run through the toilet. I was told ... that a plumber would be at my home at about 12:30 PM.,about. an hour or more later. Within an hour after my call the plumber was at my door.Approx. an hour or more all work was done, including replacing the new flap valve to eliminate a small leak that let some water flow intermittingly.The Roto Rooter representative was a really big guy, all smiles, and very efficient. Pleasant experience. Will use Roto Rooter again if needed.
