He was pleasant,informative & completed the task in a timely manner.Truthfully,I thought roto rooter would have to cancel because they were having difficulty freeing up a technician due to a busy day. However, I received a courtesy call explaining the delay& at 7:10, Ron arrived & was pleasant and patient even though the hour was late. I would definitely recommend Roto- Rooter to family & friends! After coming home from a family vacation, we found that 8 days earlier we had a sewage incident in our basement. Eric and Dave were assigned to clean and restore ... for us. They were polite, considerate and friendly. They worked tirelessly until 9:30 PM on 2 days restoring our basement to a clean and sanitary condition. We can't thank them enough for their efforts on our behalf. The stress was removed and calmed us down again. Thank you for the tremendous job you did for us.
