Quick arrival! Technician arrived about 45 minutes after my service call. Needed to replace my busted water heater and was given a better quote than my home warranty. Tech was ... very professional and knowledgeable and installed a new water heater in a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with the service I received from the technician and Roto Rooter! I called Roto Rooter and told them of the problem I was having. They sent Brian D. out that same afternoon. He was very patient, knowledgeable and explained ... what he thought the problem was. He gave me several suggestions as to what might be wrong. He gave me time to think things over and then he proceeded with a solution. No pressure. He was very neat and cleaned up after finishing the job. I was pleased from the first phone call until Brian drove out of the drive way.

Sunday, March 17, 2019 was the third time in the last 6 months that I have had to call Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue, two of which were emergency situations. ... Great service! Reasonable fees! Techs kept me informed of what they were doing, what the problem was, and how they were going to repair it.

I used the Roto-Rooter website to inquire about service. My Sump Pump wasn’t working, and there was calf-high water under my house. Someone responded within 30 minutes, and Roto-Rooter ... was at my house within an hour, on a Sunday afternoon. JJ was exceptional, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
