Quick service. Jim the plumber (#1458) explained the problem and gave me all the options. He quickly fixed the problem (snaked the drain) and gave me tips for avoiding this ... problem in the future. He was very pleasant and funny.

We had a scare the day before Thanksgiving where our sewer was backed up and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed in time. We ... called roto rooter and they told us they’d have someone out to us within 2 hrs. To our surprise, the plumber was here within a half hour and got it taken care of within 45 mins. Rich was phenomenal and made us feel at ease that it was something that would be easily repaired! We were up and running in less than an hour and couldn’t be happier!

The technician was professional and courteous. He did a great job in a timely manner. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter in the future.

I have to say I loved my water restoration crew. They were the perfect team. I want to say thank you to Taylor Brown and Benjamin Reed for coming to ... my rescue. I finally feel like I can breathe again. They were so considerate and thoughtful. I lost everything and they were right by my side the entire time. They made this terrible experience tolerable. I wouldn't have been able to get through it without them. I would have them back out in a heartbeat... I will definitely stick with Roto Rooter because of these two individuals! I had an overflow in my basement. The water was over 6 inches high. When the plumber Jim Young came out he explained everything to me. It turned out to ... be sewer water. He was so kind and thoughtful. He fixed the drain and waited for all the water to drain out. Then he called and set up an appointment for the water restoration team to come out. I was a mess. He calmed me down and I felt so much better about an awful situation. He went above and beyond what any plumber would do. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend Roto Rooter to all of my friends thanks to Jim! Carly

Our technician, Justin, was very diligent unclogging our bathroom sinks! He had to use several different tools and then explained why it took him so long. He left ... the area very clean when he was finished. He did recommend using an additive once a month to help dissolve any residue in the drain. Could you send me the name of that additive, so I purchase the correct item? Thank you, Judy Black

Thought technician could have knocked off a little more since floor drain clog was cleared in less than a minute. Was still glad for service on a busy day.
