I placed a request for service, the customer service was a nice Lady with great communication and listening skills. My appointment was estimated within two hours, I received a call ... he was on the way and my technician arrived shortly (minutes). He checked all possible causes, found the cause and fix the problem in a short time. I would like to note, he informed me of the cause, how it would be fix, alerted me of things that had to be done in order to fix the problem (with my approval) prior to proceeding and showed me the damaged part. I've use Roto Rooter over twenty years for my garbage disposal, water pipes, washing machine, water leaks and toilet issues. I'm overly pleased with their work and I haven't had to call them back for any reason. I'll will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

My drain problem developed on a Friday evening, I called Roto- Rooter and found out a service tech would be out at 10:00 on Saturday. He arrived exactly ... on time and had my drain operating properly in a very reasonable amount of time. Later, a camera was used in the drain pipe to show me what the problem was and also show internal pipe damage from usage for the past 60 years. I would call Roto Rooter again when and if it becomes necessary for service in the future
