The Tech Daniel is excellent! We had 3 bathrooms that were backed up and when he walked up to the front door he saw the Main Clean out ... Drain that had water and dirt in it. He said that it looked like the it was clogged. (We didn't know that it was the Main Clean out Drain, the last Plumbing Tech that came out said that had nothing to do with the drains. He took off our Toilet and snaked 2 different areas, it was a mess)..... Daniel snaked the Main Drain in front and it cleared the back-up in the bathrooms right away. He made it so simple. He did say he was going to suggest a camera inspection because of the age of our house and the pipes. Once he left, within 15 mins. we received a call to set up the Camera inspection. Excellent, excellent service!! Thank you Roto-Rooter and Daniel is a keeper!

Danny and his crew was amazing! We ended up needing pipe replacement on old cast iron and they were amazing! Worked hard and let us know everything that was happening ... and why they were doing it. They did their absolute best to keep the damage to a minimum! It was an awful situation that they remedied quickly and efficiently. Thank you Danny!

This was a very difficult undertaking. The home was built 1963 - 64. I have lived in the home for 35 years. The obstruction was buried very deep. The ... men worked tirelessly for 2 days. They cleaned the site after attending to the problem.

We were extremely pleased with all areas of the service we received today. Our plumbing problem came up late this afternoon, called and talked to Amy who just couldn't ... have been nicer. She immediately arranged to have someone at our house right away. Then she called us and asked if it was okay for the service person to be here even earlier. Daniel showed up shortly after and we were pleased with his friendliness, professionalism, and apparent knowledge with what needed to be done. He went right to work and was done in no time. He gave us further information about what might be done to prevent the problem from recurring. All without giving us any "hard sell", just providing us with the information. He answered several questions we had about regular maintenance that we could also do for prevention. We have used Roto-Rooter over several years and have never been unhappy with any service received.
