Brian came out and was fantastic. He was very thorough and professional. The plug in our main sewer line was pretty bad, so he went back to his office and ... got his hydro jet. When he was able to unplug the line, he sent the camera down to make sure everything was cleaned out. He even ran the jet a couple more times to make sure the pipe was clean. I was extremely happy with his service and his commitment to doing a thorough job.
