Called for service due to a clogged drain line from the house to the curb on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. The receptionist was very curtious from start to end. Explained ... in detail very clearly on when the appointment was scheduled and what I was to expect from the service technician. Service Technicians arrived promptly and informed me of my options. Upon my choosing the work started immediately. Technicians informed me as work was being done. They had cleared the drain using the High pressure water jet. Technician discussed homeowner maintenance which I could do to help maintain the piping for proper flow. Excellent job done by all!
