We have been your customer for 20 plus years. We have never had a bad experience with your service people. My husband always asks them to come back ... and visit! Tim demonstrated why we should be using Scott toilet tissue instead of ultra soft and strong...it doesn't break down enough and clogs the pipes..cast iron 40 or 50 year old pipes. My daughter was visiting with her kids and dogs and we really appreciate their fixing our problem and their advice. And remembering to give us a discount..I had saved the card you sent in the mail. My experience began with a very helpful telephone representative who did a wonderful job keeping me posted on my appointment. I wasn't certain whether anyone would be able to help ... on this Saturday morning. Our toilet was backed up and overflowing. But, the nice lady was professional with a calming, "we'll get this done" tone of voice. Just after noon, Mr. Shelby Thibedaux and Mr. Matt arrived. Right from the beginning, I knew we were in good hands. They were both conversational, empathetic, were good listeners, and immediately put me and my wife at ease. We could tell they were on top of the situation. I'm on a military retirement pension which is not a lot of money. These fine gentlemen did their very best to be efficient and thorough. They helped me to no only understand the source of the troubles but also how to prevent it from happening in the future. I'm so happy that I called Roto-Rooter for this job and would without hesitation refer you and these professionals again.

I struggled to fix my toilet/shower drain for several days before giving up and calling Roto-Rooter. They showed up same day as I called to check it out, even though ... it was late, and came back the following day to fix it! Took them a very short time to fix it. My sewer line was stopped up with tree roots. Mr. Shelby got the line unstopped and showed me where the problem spots were located.

My Technician (Shelby) was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was able to resolve my issue from start to finish within a couple of hours. I had fought with a ... flooded bathroom for two days before calling Roto-Rooter and once I called every person I spoke with was very respectful, friendly and the lead time for a technician was within hours. My Wife and I bought a new home and things were going great. Then all of the sudden our water heater goes down at 9pm at night. I was worried ... and filled with anxiety on how all of it would be fixed. I called Roto-Rooter at 10p and they asked if it was an emergency or if I would like them to come in the morning, and My wife and I chose the morning. They contacted me at 7am and sent a plumber to home promptly the next morning and on time. I was unable to be there so my father went and waited on them. Once he was there he fully evaluated, educated and provided options on the issues to my father along with a reasonable quote. I was then able to think it over on how I would go about it. Once I decided on how I wanted the issue to be solved, going with the plumbers original plan, he went to work right away. everything was fixed and good-to-go when I arrived home. Actually had two services one i scheduled and one that was unexpected both guys were extremely nice showed up and got right to it
