very professional very speedy fix and seemed to have the expertise needed to do the job

The technician arrived and very carefully explained that he would not use a hydro-jet (as others had done) to clear our clogged/slow drain. Then he proceeded to clear the ... clog using a camera in association with a cable. It took over an hour but once completed the line was clear as shown on the camera view. He also recommended that we have a clean-out installed outside of our building to allow better access and the use of a hydro-jet if necessary in the future. Very good work with professional attitude.

Chad, the technician did a good job of locating the hot water leak and repairing the problem by putting in a hot water by-pass tube. The reason for 4 stars instead ... of 5 stars is because he cut two (2) holes in the bedroom wall that now must be repaired by me. One hole showed the manifold and the second hole didn't show the tube coming down inside the wall so wasn't needed. The last time your company repaired a similar leak by putting in a by-pass tube, 3 holes were cut in the bedroom walls. Two holes were cut to locate the manifold and a 3rd hole was cut because he couldn't use the first two holes to see the manifold. He put plastic covers over these 3 holes. For $1,300, I would expect the two holes to be repaired by your company using plastic covers or sheetrock. This isn't criticism of Chad, only criticism of Roto-Rooter for not finishing the repair work.
