Woke up Saturday morning and had a toilet leaking and water beneath my water heater. Called Roto-Rooter and had a wonderful technician by the name of Tim Nelson at my ... place within a couple of hours. He was very pleasant and walked me through all the repairs and referred me to their insurance team for further evaluation after repairing the main leak. I would refer Tim Nelson at Roto-Rooter for repairs any time.

My call and service from Roto-Rooter was wonderful. From the 1st appointment call to Chris finishing up the Plumbing Leak for me. Tony, from water removal, call me ... first. I was impressed that he called in the first place, but he was extremely friendly and super helpful. When Chris came to actually fixed my leak, it turned out that I needed a second person due to my crawl space height. He re-scheduled for the next day with a partner and made it a priority to come first thing. They were able to fix the leak in short order. Eveyone I dealt with were on the top of their game. John was awesome; he did up an analysis to the issue with the stuck garbage disposal, provided solid advice based upon his observation to what was wrong. The old ... garbage disposal was rusted shut! He ended up needing to replace the disposal, and it was installed properly and very efficiently. I’m glad Roto Rooter sent a qualified pro to resolve the issue.

I had one toilet that tended to do it's own thing. Your employee Tim Nelson corrected that. He was very friendly and fast. He checked with me for toilet info ... before-hand and brought the correct parts. He drained the tanks of both my toilets, vacuumed the insides, changed the flushing mechanisms, checked for proper flushing and cleaned up afterwards. Toilets now work properly. I highly recommend him. L

We have a clogged in our kitchen sink drain on December 10, 2108. Casey Ewing came and took care of it for us. The following day the main drain ... line that ties up to the main sewer line outside the house was also clogged. Apparently the debris that were dislodged from the kitchen sink drain line were all pushed to the main drain line and got stuck there. Roto-Rooter sent Casey again and he cleared the clog in less than 30 minutes. Casey is courteous, helpful, and a hard-working Service Technician. He also gave us tips on how to maintain cleanliness of the sink, bathroom sinks and showers drain lines. The front desk and the dispatcher were also very helpful and promptly provided the assistance we needed.

I was very pleased with the service. When I called to schedule an appointment, they gave me a window of time that the technician would arrive. They called ... a half hour before his estimated arrival time & he was spot on. Jesse was our technician. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and, we had a functioning kitchen sink before he left. I was extremely happy that they were able to make a visit the same day that I called.

Two problems appear to have been resolved; time will tell in the case of the shower leak.
