Had issue with a toilet backing up. Timely contact from dispatch within timeframe given by 1-800 csr service #. Plumbing tech arrived as promised. Polite and professional. Issue was ... not resolved using the auger, ended up being an issue outside at the clean out which my condo association took care of. No charge for Roto Rooter to come out. Pricing not given until plumber arrives. Rates a little higher than anticipated. Will recommend though.

I explained what I felt was the issue. Within the hour the issue was resolved. I was a bit skeptical about the pricing but with the discount coupon, it was reasonable. Without a doubt, I will call Roto Rooter again when I have another plumbing issue. I have to say, I was surprised. But you can't deny quality work.
