Just finished a full remodel and the construction companies plumber walked away from the job saying he couldn't fix the problem. I talked with the GM and sent others ... to only fail in my project. I asked my handyman who was able to figure out how t-adjustment could be routed out of a toilet into the cold water supply. I called Roto-Rooter and asked for help from my super hero Eddie - he can fix anything. He walked in and looked at the situation and was able to fix everything - no fooding or leaking. He had the tools and the parts. Amazing how many contractors out there have plumbers that can't make things work.

I was not satisfied with online scheduling or dispatch but Eddie (0193) the plumber was very efficient and had our problem fixed quickly. Because of his service I may use ... him again. Scheduling and dispatch needs improvement. Thanks

Very grateful to Eli for calling in Matt prior to cutting into the ceiling of the unit below to access a clogged pipe. Matt was able to remove the clog ... and everything is now working wonderfully.

Friendly and courteous service technician. He explained things well and we felt comfortable with his workmanship.

Jake was professional and fast! It took a while to get someone out here due to a back-log in the schedule but this also isn't our only working toilet so ... we could wait.

We called the during a holiday weekend needing to get our drains snaked ASAP and someone was out within an hour and helping us. They are always so professional and ... prompt when we need someone.

4th of July with a leak - Service man came out - great guy even though it was after 9 PM - found the problem and scheduled a follow up ... for the next day . Second man showed up the next day and diligently worked to solve the complicated problem. Great service.

Matt was great! He explained the difference in the type of replacement faucets we should consider getting, and what we should replace next when the water is off in ... the building. Quick service, very clean and no mess was left to clean up! We appreciate Roto Rooter dispatch calling during the day and letting us know they were running behind schedule. They called several times to make sure we were okay and it wasn't interrupting our plans. Just knowing what was going on allowed us to do what we needed to during the day before they arrived. The team that assisted me with my sewage line stoppage and water damage restoration were simply amazing! Their professionalism and expertise completely blew my mind. I was completely ... out of my element and wouldn’t have know what steps to take. They assisted me with each phase of the process and the 3 sections that i dealt with were all great.

Plumber was very friendly and answer all the questions that I have.

Rotor Rooter is always my go to plumber in emergencies. They have never failed me yet. And they always come ASAP!

He arrived the estimated time and cleaned up pipes. Now water drains well!

Lewis fixed a bath tub that would not drain. He was great!
