We had a plumbing issue come up on a Saturday afternoon. I called all over the place, but no one was working over the weekend. I finally found Roto-Rooter and ... gave them a call. They ended up not being able to get to us on Saturday, but were out by early afternoon on Sunday. The technician got our issue resolved and was very professional. The fee was very reasonable for a weekend. Thank you!

Everything went fine.

Just bought and move into my new house and the floor drain backed up with heavy flows (showing). Found the problem and set up an appoint on Saturday night through ... the website. A plumber was at my house at 9AM on a Sunday. By 10:15AM, the plumber had the back up fixed. He was fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I was impressed how quickly Roto-Rooter diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved the issue. The two gentleman that came out were very respectful and very thorough when explaining the problem.

Showed up next day, explained everything that needed to be done, made it happen!

Technician was great. Very quick and friendly. Only complaint is that he showed up 2 hours after the appointment time. He doesn’t do the scheduling so that’s not his fault. ... Whoever does scheduling should be more realistic and upfront about potential for time delay

It took two days for a technician to get to our issue. I understand that my wife asked for a technician to come in the afternoon as she would ... feel more comfortable if I was with her, but to not see a technician or receive any contact regarding a potential time was disappointing. Eventually, we gave up for the evening and called to ask for an appointment the following day. Second day, we received a call telling us when the technician would arrive. Upon his arrival, he was incredibly professional. He told us everything that he was doing and thinking about our issue. I was impressed that he cared enough that he removed his boots (it was a rainy afternoon) at our door before entering the house to keep things clean. He went right to work and resolved the issue promptly and gave us advice on routine actions we can take to help clear these issues before we need to call for service again.

The service I received from you last Friday was very good but the charge, 1 thought, was ridiculous. From the time the truck pulled into my driveway until it ... left was less than an hour for which I paid $310. I am a senior citizen (91) and the ad says you give senior discounts. I don't know if I received a discount or not. The bill just listed it as labor. I probably will not be using this service again. Thank you.
