The technician #8674, Herman, went beyond my expectations. After cleaning out the sewer discharge line he knew something was wrong so he got a supervisor to come out ... with a bore-scope. They found black sludge though the whole pipe even after sending the cutter through. Then he was able to clear the line of this sludge. He did an excellent job and completely solved my problem. This is my second time using Roto Rooter and because of your employees, I will hire you the next time I need help.

I tried to unclog a stubborn drain all day and was unsuccessful. We had been working on a new showerhead,My friend had worked in a plumbing dept. The water flooded the bathroom twice, even with the water off. Figured ... out that we needed a cartridge for the faucet. and that was as far as we could get. We called on Sat. PM but all plumbers were booked up. Isiah promised to send the best on Sun AM he was friendly and kind. On Sun. 10AM a Great plumber arrived his name was Grant. He was the BEST man to help. He went right to work and resolved all problems, then as he was filling out paperwork we also learned of his kindness and caring and superb service, and similarities about the fact that we both rescued animals-small world.
