They were proactive ... in their evaluation and correction. My plumbing job was completed professionally and completely including cleanup. After completion my system was thoroughly inspected for any issue and billing came in on target even though they strapped up the remaining part of my old system. We were able to get the time frame we needed for rep to come out. Because of my disability, my nephew had to show him location in ... basement and he explained and showed him what was going on. He then took the time to explain it all to me. He was very courteous and friendly and took his time to explain things and was not in a rush to get out. He left his card with his number on it so I could call him directly if I had more questions. An asset to your company.

Great job and Great service

Service was quick,friendly, and successful.

I found our basement with 2-3 inches of water at 7 PM on a Saturday nite. I called Roto Rooter and within the next 30 minutes they had scheduled ... and confirmed a technician would be out shortly. Within the next 30 minutes the technician arrived and went right to work clearing my basement of water that had backed up due to a slow running drain and a sump pump not working. He was able to readjust the pump and immediately the water started draining. But he didn't stop there, he checked the other pump and found out the water was going into a wash tub and then the drain the the drain was so slow it backed up. He explained how to resolve and will have someone from Roto Rooter call to give us a quote. But he resolved the immediate issue quickly.

My appointment time was scheduled between 5 and 7, but didn’t show up until 8. The plumber, Michael, however, was outstanding.
